Volkswagen India has expanded its premium SUV portfolio with the launch of the Tayron Life, a new five-seater variant priced at Rs. 41.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Positioned below the Tayron R-Line, the new variant offers the same powerful drivetrain and premium build quality while dropping the third-row seats and a few premium styling elements to achieve a more accessible price point.
The launch gives buyers an attractive alternative to the seven-seat Tayron R-Line, especially those who prioritize cabin space and practicality over an additional row of seating.
Rs. 5 Lakh More Affordable Than The Tayron R-Line
The newly launched Tayron Life undercuts the fully-loaded Tayron R-Line by Rs. 5 lakh, making Volkswagen’s flagship SUV more attainable for premium SUV buyers. Despite the lower price, the Life variant retains the same core mechanical package and safety credentials as its more expensive sibling.
Exterior Design
While the Tayron Life shares the same muscular proportions and premium SUV stance as the R-Line, it adopts a more understated appearance.
