Here are five upcoming hybrid cars expected to launch in India soon.
1. Maruti Suzuki Fronx Hybrid
The Maruti Suzuki Fronx Hybrid is expected to be one of the first models to feature Maruti Suzuki’s new series hybrid technology developed for the Indian market. In this system, the petrol engine primarily acts as a generator while the electric motor powers the wheels.
This setup could deliver exceptionally high fuel efficiency, potentially in the 35–40 km/l range, making it one of the most economical cars in its segment. The Fronx Hybrid will likely retain the same coupe-style compact crossover design and feature list as the standard model.
